Laver Place Residence was a unique project. The house responds to the steep site by providing connection to the landscape at the lower levels and reaching out over the landscape on the upper levels taking it the majestic views. The central courtyard / pool is the entertaining hub of the house with the rear balcony a place to sit back and relax.
The house pays respect to its context and streetscape while also taking advantage of the unique characteristics the site offered.
